We advance a bold vision of care for all Californians

Despite being the wealthiest and most diverse state in the nation, 15 million Californians lack sufficient access to a primary care provider.

California communities are facing a shortage of over 4000 physicians to meet their health care needs.

We harness the power of our coalition to catalyze new approaches to build the physician workforce California needs. Our efforts counteract systemic barriers that have stifled access to opportunity and hindered growth in the workforce.
